Below is the final list of all quarter peals that we rang to remember the men who gave their lives from the village of  North Cave during WW1.

 

18 of them we rang  100 years to the day that they were killed, with one other being rung on Remembrance Day 2018 as date that John Curtis was killed is unknown.

He was the son of Robert William and Hannah Mary Lee, of North Cave, East Yorkshire and husband of Amy Marwood (formerly Lee), of 23, Zetland Street, St. George's Road, Hull. he served 18 years with the Hull City Trams. He is buried at the Menin Road South Military Cemetery, West Vlaanderen, Belgium
